The hotel had a great gym and spa, and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with clean linens and cutlery. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and outstanding restaurant. Its location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do.

While most of the staff was fantastic, there were a few hiccups. Our room service was not prompt, and our restaurant experience was inconsistent.

Guests can enjoy a range of activities, including a children's center and a swimming pool with an oversized chessboard. the food at the hotel's Frontier Mail restaurant is delicious, with a serene atmosphere that complements the luxurious ambiance of the property.

Some staff members at the hotel seem to be unprofessional and hard to deal with, leading to unpleasant experiences.

This venue is a luxurious paradise. the spa and wellness centre were worth relaxing with the sauna, outdoor swimming pool and massage services, offering exclusive amenities. the garden area made us experience nature, blended with entertainment, which was visually appealing. the impeccable room had beautiful decors and a stunning view. the restaurant menu was diverse, including special diet menus, while the bar/lounge area had top-notch service and refreshing drinks. In-room breakfast was a highlight, allowing us a private facility in our lovely space. Cons: the location advantage could not be maximized due to the absence of a tourist guide in this hotel.
